The Company has established a Customer Service Centre (CSC) with three dedicated Customer Service Agents for the handling of customer requests and complaints. The Customer Service Agents also make sure that a request or complaint is taken care of. In addition to its CSC, which is operational during working hours (08h30 – 16h45), Caudan Security Services provides a 24-hour Alarm Monitoring Centre to attend to any immediate and light technical support regarding the operation of alarm systems. If there is a problem with your alarm, we can help you fix it from our Monitoring Centre. The Company also has a technical support team that is available 24/7 for problems that need to be fixed right away.
Our qualified technicians have more than 20 years of experience in electronic security equipment, parking control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems. They are ready to assist you with installation, maintenance, and repairs. The company has recently established a policy of liaising directly with the IVTB in order to regularly recruit the best candidates.
The company offers a one-year full warranty on all electronic equipment. A yearly maintenance contract provides for free labour and transport to make any repairs or technical interventions required by the customer after the first year.
