Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Security and Property Protection Agency Co. Ltd by generating new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You will be the main point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our electronic security solutions and services. Your goal is to secure new sales while encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

KRA – Sales and Business Opportunities

  • Respond to inbound product inquiries, proactively identify potential customers, and schedule appointments to assess their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Research and identify advertising channels to boost inbound sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through referrals from existing clients.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, events, and product demonstrations, showcasing our solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands, proposing improvements where necessary.

KRA – Customer Relationship Management

  • Guide customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, offering the most appropriate solutions from our product range to meet their security requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular phone calls and email communication, ensuring they are satisfied and loyal to the company.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to management, providing suggestions for service enhancements.

Any other duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.

Qualifications & Experience required

  • Higher School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position, preferably within the security or technology sectors.

  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Accurately and efficiently process and record transactions. Responsible for delivery of professional and quality service, while adhering to the company’s policy and procedure. Promote and advise on the company’s product and services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

KRA- Payment Handling

  • Receive and count working cash at beginning of shift.
  • Balance payment in cash drawers at end of shift.
  • Receive payment; verify amounts and check accuracy of payment due.
  • Maintain appropriate cash limits and securing cash at all times.
  • Follow all security and audit measures as per the company’s policy and procedure.
  • Enter transaction data into the computerized accounting system in order to record transaction and issue computer-generated receipts.
  • Identify transaction mistakes when debits and credits do not balance.
  • Verify and monitor payment dates and amount due.

KRA- Customer Service  

  • Provide professional and outstanding customer service.
  • Responsible for developing customer relationship through friendly, courteous and efficient service, promoting Caudan Security to current and potential customers.
  • Promote and advise on the company’s products and services to customers.
  • Attempt to resolve issues and problems with customer’s account.

KRA- Administration

  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing, faxing, filing etc.
  • Compose, type and mail customer statements and other correspondence related to issues such as unpaid invoices etc.
  • Prepare individual daily balance of teller cash transactions as well as other reports as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience required

  • School certificate or any equivalent qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience

Accounts Clerk

The Accounts Clerk plays a pivotal role in overseeing the receipts and invoice section, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial transactions.

Qualifications & Key Competencies Required:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Receipts Processing:

  • Review and validate receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Administration:

  • Scrutinize accounts flagged as ‘No Service’ in debtors aging, ensuring proper allocation and follow-up on outstanding amounts.
  • Collaborate with credit control department to clear unallocated receipts.
  • Conduct 3-way match (PO, Invoice, delivery note, and GRN) to verify accuracy and completeness of transactions.
  • Process invoices for non-stock items using manual payment vouchers.
  • Manage fixed asset records and process invoices related to fixed assets.
  • Prepare daily cash position reports and post relevant bank transactions as necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake any additional duties as required by the employer to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum HSC with a background in Accounting.
  • Pursuing further studies in Accounting (e.g., ACCA Level 1).
  • Prior experience in an Accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Navision accounting software preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • IT literacy.

Responsible for the installation and programming, of CCTV surveillance System for homes and commercial buildings

Qualifications & Key Competencies Required:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, install, configure and maintain CCTv systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance check as detailed on the system specification.
• Accurately and quickly diagnose and remedy faults and problems.
• Update the system specification where necessary.
• Handle, complete and submit CCTV administrative documents
• Maintain and improve the CCTV system throughout identified locations.
• Perform repairs and commissioning of equipment, issuing commissioning certificate and keep in good state all related documents
